We became owned by our first Dalmatians in 1992 before we knew the meaning of "backyard breeder". Our first two Dalmatians were littermates obtained through a newspaper ad. Buster & Barney took our hearts immediately, and both left us long before they should have because of severe health problems. Because of them, we have committed ourselves to the goal of producing the healthiest Dalmatians possible.

"Flash" introduced us to the show ring as our first Bred by Exhibitor Champion. Several Champions later, we are proud of the fact that our Dals have as much fun as we do in the show ring. We consciously avoid the pressure and politics of "breeding to win at any cost." Most importantly, we are committed to ensuring that before and after the show and/or performance career, our Dalmatians first and last "job" is that of loving companion.

We take the responsibility of our Dalmatians very seriously; anyone who has one of our Dalmatians know they have a lifetime commitment from us - a resource always available to help maintain healthy, safe and happy companions. From our 13-year old to our new puppies, we are determined to always seek to improve the breed that chose us over a decade ago.

Our special kids, "Jazz" and "Spice", on August 12, 2003, produced the first litter to carry the kennel name: TraCin Dalmatians - committed to doing it right!
